Billing and Order Acceptance
Orders may be cancelled or refused by True Company for any reason at any time. These can include inventory shortages, errors in pricing information or issues pertaining to fraud prevention or credit card irregularities. A credit in the amount of the sale will be issued for any purchase if the order is cancelled by True Company once the credit card or other payment method has been charged. You will be contacted if any part of your order or all of your order is subject to cancellation and you will also be contacted for additional information needed for order acceptance. True Company reserves the right to request pre-authorization for orders should the company feel the necessity to do so. Pre-authorization costs will not be billed to the customer, but credit card issuers may put these cost amounts on hold for a period of time determined by the issuer. This measure is taken to ensure that available card details are valid and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the purchases made from True Company.
When your purchase is confirmed at the conclusion of the checkout process, confirmation constitutes your agreement and acceptance to the terms of payment for the products purchased. Your account will not be charged until your order has been shipped unless you are paying with a gift card or certificate or with an e-gift card, Paypal or credit card. Should you need to modify an order that has been placed with funds through PayPal, you are required to contact us at our customer service number 800 205-5184, cancel the existing order and place a new order.
True Company reserves the right to limit the number of items purchased per person, per email address, per home address, or per IP address at any time at the sole discretion of the company. Customers are notified when the company takes this type of action.
True Company is not responsible for inaccurate display of color or product hues on private customer computer monitors. The company makes every effort to accurately display all aspects of its products, including color and detail.
True Company reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse sales at their company’s discretion for reasons that can include, but are not limited to:
Payment or Shipping Details
Orders cannot be shipped when erroneous information is provided by the customer, including, among other details:
- False or incorrect credit or debit card numbers
- Incorrect expiration date for credit cards
- Errors in information for forms of payment other than credit or debit cards
- Insufficient or incorrect shipping details such as home address, zip code or postal code
- Fraudulent information
Errors, Omissions and Inaccurate Information
In rare cases, typographical errors occur in True Company website content that may affect the way our products are described, including the cost, special offers, promotional information and availability. True Company reserves the right to change information on our website at any time and at the company’s sole discretion to correct errors, change or update information and/or cancel orders based on inaccurate information at any time without notifying the customer, even if the order has been placed.
Shipping Delays or Unavailable Merchandise
True Company orders that do not ship on schedule or are delayed at the point of origin or distribution center, or are unavailable for any reason, or should there be an error on the website that leads to inaccuracies on the order, such as pricing, are subject to cancellation by the company. Customers will be notified when this happens.
True Company products sold online are not intended for resale, but only for personal use. Resale for profit by any person or business of True Company products is strictly prohibited. Should True Company suspect orders that are destined for resale purposes, we reserve the right not to accept or to cancel those orders. Suspicion of the intention of resale include large quantities, frequent orders, orders by dealers or resellers or the use of freight forwarding. These orders may be cancelled at True Company’s sole discretion and the company reserves the right to cancel all subsequent customer orders. As part of this agreement, the definition of “resale” is “the purchasing or intention to purchase any True Company product for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale of that same product to a third party.”
History of Previous Fraudulent Orders
True Company reserves the right to refuse orders for company products if fraudulent activity is suspected and may refuse to process subsequent orders from customers with previous fraudulent order history, or previous credit card disputes. If your order is rejected you will be notified at the email address provided. You will be given the opportunity to re-submit orders once the information in the order is validated. Customers are asked to respond within seven (7) days or the order may be cancelled.
True Company products included in our website gallery are available while supplies last. Prices listed are quoted in US dollars and are valid only on the US mainland. (??) In the interest of fair redemption of promotions to our clients, we may make only one code per person, per household, per email, per IP address or per order available at any time for any reason.
