This policy explains what Million Dollar Smile LLC (“we”, “us”) collects when you use true-company.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It reflects how this storefront actually works: there are no customer accounts, no advertising trackers run by us, and card payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
1. Information we collect

| Technical data | Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp) for security and reliability, as every web host does. |
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information (for example health details, government ID numbers, or precise location).
2. Cookies and local storage
We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party advertising pixels on this storefront. We use browser local storage for one purpose only: keeping your cart while you shop. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
3. Service providers we share data with
We share personal information only with providers that help us run the store, and only as much as each one needs:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
4. Why we use your information
- To take payment, ship your order and email you about it (order and shipping confirmations).
- To answer your questions and handle returns, refunds and warranty claims.
- To keep the store secure, prevent fraud and detect abuse.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
5. How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept as long as needed to run the store and to satisfy tax, accounting and consumer-protection requirements. Support emails are kept for as long as they are useful for handling your matter and any follow-up. Server logs are kept for a short operational period.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to provide a copy, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop sending non-essential email — order and shipping confirmations are part of the purchase and are sent to everyone. To make a request, use our contact page and give us the order number the request relates to, so we can verify it. We will respond within the time the law allows.
If you are a California resident, you have the rights described under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by that law.
7. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Payment card data is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant processor, and never touches our systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we keep the data we hold to the minimum needed to run the store.
8. Children
This store is meant for adults. It is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where the law sets that age), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
9. International visitors
We ship within the United States only, and our providers process data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be handled in the United States.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes apply going forward.
