These terms govern your use of true-company.com and any purchase you make on it. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before you buy. Where these terms refer to our Returns, Shipping or Warranty policies, those pages form part of these terms.
1. Who we are
true-company.com is operated by Million Dollar Smile LLC. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Million Dollar Smile LLC, and “you” means the person placing an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy from us. We ship to addresses within the United States only.
3. Products, claims and intended use
Our products are cosmetic oral-care products used for the appearance of the teeth. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this site is dental or medical advice. If you have a dental or health condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a whitening product is suitable for you, talk to your dentist or doctor before use. Individual results vary.
4. Prices, promotions and availability
- Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you complete your order.
- Promotional codes (for example the TestTube code newbeauty35) are limited to one use per order, have no cash value, cannot be combined unless we say so, and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Availability is limited. If we cannot supply an item after you order, we will contact you and refund that item.
We try to describe and picture products accurately. Packaging and contents may differ slightly from images. If we discover a pricing or description error before your order ships, we may cancel and refund it.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it (your order confirmation), and we may refuse or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, the order looks fraudulent, we cannot ship to the address, or there has been a pricing error.
6. Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe using the card details you enter on Stripe’s checkout. We never receive or store your full card number. Your card statement shows a descriptor applied by our payment processor; if you do not recognise a charge, email us before disputing it and we will identify it for you. Your order is a one-time purchase — we do not enrol you in a subscription and there is no recurring charge.
7. Shipping and delivery

8. Returns, refunds and warranty
See our Returns & Refunds policy and our Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee. Nothing in these terms or in those policies limits any statutory consumer right you have.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site: no scraping or bulk copying, no attempts to break or probe our security, no interference with the checkout or hosting, and no use of our content or trademarks without our written permission.
10. Our content
Text, images, logos and product names on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without permission.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Except for the commitments we make in our Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee and any right you have by law, this site and its content are provided “as is” and we make no further warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims and costs arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, you and we agree to try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us through our contact page.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order governs that order, and we will publish the current version here with its effective date.
